Open Enrollment for 2026 benefits is November 3 – 16, 2025.
This is your once-a-year chance to enroll or make changes to your Samsung benefits to ensure they best fit your needs for 2026. We’ve made some changes for 2026 so take a few moments to review what’s new and changing to see how it impacts you.
Overview
Here are a few highlights of what’s new or changing in 2026:
- Employee contributions are increasing slightly.
- Base HSA Plan and Buy-up HSA Plan: The deductible and out-of-pocket maximum for in-network services will increase slightly.
- Choice Plus Copay Plan (PPO): The in-network out-of-pocket maximum for family coverage will decrease, but coinsurance for in-network services will increase to 20%, up from 15%.
- We’re introducing Brightplan, a new enhanced financial wellness benefit plus Maven, and a new benefit for fertility, family building and menopause support.
See below for details.
Your next chance to enroll in or change your benefits will be during next year’s Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
If you don’t do anything during Open Enrollment, your current benefits will continue in 2026 except FSAs — these don’t automatically carry over to the next year.
