Vision

Samsung’s vision plans, administered through VSP, covers the essentials of eye care — such as eye exams and eyewear — keeping your vision clear and sharp. You’ll save more on your vision care by selecting an in-network VSP provider.

Vision plans

You have two vision coverage options through the VSP PPO network:

  • Base Vision Plan
  • Buy-up Vision Plan

Using your vision coverage

  • You won’t receive a vision plan ID card in the mail. You may print a Member Reference card on vsp.com.
  • Provide your Social Security number to your eye doctor for verification of eligibility and benefits.
  • You won’t have to file claims when you use VSP providers.

Cost for coverage

You pay for vision coverage through paycheck contributions. The amount you pay depends on the plan you choose and who you cover.
